As a quality driven organization, quality has been a significant aspect of our organization in production and post production processes. We maintain a stringent quality management in every aspect of our organization. Right from the stage of procurement to designing, fabrication and dispatch, our team of experienced and dedicated quality controllers maintain strict observation so as to assure that we deliver a range of the maximum quality standards that are as per the international standards.

Our quality controllers make sure that the incoming lot of raw material is sourced from trustworthy vendors, followed by approval of designing and visual inspection of the production unit. Our final range is checked on the following parameters:

1.Color fastness
2.Shrinkage
3.Printing
4.Durability

The above parameters help us to offer a range at par with the global standards and specifications. Following are some of the steps that we take to maintain quality of our range:

1.All OE and combed cotton yarns are procured from the well known vendors of our country.
2.Our goods are moved from warehouse to shipment after completing all the five stages of quality tests that are conducted by a team of experienced quality professionals.
3.We use azo free dyes for 100% conventional cotton as well as organic cotton. Washing and rubbing fastness is also done for home textiles. Moreover, we also check lead content for baby products that are below 50 ppm.
